Kenan is in for a surprise when his school principal calls home, requesting a meeting with him and his parents. Panicked at the thought of facing his strict parents, Kenan decides to take matters into his own hands. Instead of confessing whatever mischief he’s gotten into, he hatches a wild plan to avoid the confrontation altogether. Determined to dodge the meeting, Kenan sets out to find new "parents" who can attend in place of his real ones.   With his best friend Kyle by his side, Kenan embarks on a hilarious and chaotic mission to recruit stand-in parents. The duo scours the neighborhood, considering everyone from friendly neighbors to random strangers, each candidate more absurd than the last. Their antics lead to a series of mishaps, including mistaken identities, awkward encounters, and plenty of misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Kenan’s real parents remain oblivious to his scheme, adding to the tension as the meeting deadline looms closer.   As the day of the meeting arrives, Kenan’s plan spirals out of control.
