Randal Hendricks, a recently paralyzed man, finds himself trapped in his apartment, struggling to adjust to his new life as a paraplegic. His devoted girlfriend, Pam, tries to lift his spirits by gifting him a pair of binoculars, hoping they might provide a distraction from his confinement. However, Randal's financial troubles loom large—he owes a substantial debt to Emmie, a sadistic loan shark who shows no mercy to those who fail to repay.   As Randal peers through the binoculars, he becomes fixated on the activities of his neighbors in the apartment complex across the street. His voyeuristic observations take a dark turn when he witnesses a brutal murder in Apartment 37. The crime is orchestrated by Emmie and her ruthless enforcers, who use the apartment as a front for their violent operations. Randal realizes he has stumbled upon something far more dangerous than he could have imagined.   Torn between fear and a desperate need to protect himself and Pam, Randal must decide whether to report what he saw or stay silent to avoid Emmie's wrath. But when Pam unknowingly becomes entangled in the deadly web, Randal is forced to confront his own limitations and find a way to outsmart the criminals before it's too late.
